Ha sido un viaje fugaz pero muy intenso, en tan solo 4 días he estado en Salamanca, Guarda ( Portugal), Oporto y finalmente en Ciudad Rodrigo. Salamanca nos ofreció su mejor cara esa noche, un lugar llamado Tapas 2.0, nos permitió disfrutar de tapas tradiconales con un toque gourmet, ¡ Qué buena estaba la ensaladilla rusa con ventresca, la tempura de gambas y esparragos y el huevo 66º! Una borrachera de sabores. Luego fuimos de copas a un sitio muy agradable que tenía una terraza adaptada para aquellos amantes de copa+piti..
En Guarda, una noche romántica en una Quinta portuguesa con cena a la luz de las velas, y en Oporto la ciudad que se ha reinventado a sí misma y con todo el espléndor de su pasado el fin de año.
